Welcome
Counselling & Psychotherapy in Greystones & Online
Sometimes we all need extra support. I work with young adults, adults, and parents to navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, identity concerns, the long-term impact of childhood experiences, and life transitions such as college, early adulthood, or becoming a parent.

Together, we build clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self, helping you move toward greater mental and emotional wellbeing.
Everyone can need some
extra support sometimes.

About Therapy
How I Can Help

Counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right. Many people feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that began earlier in life and continue to affect relationships and wellbeing.

Common areas people seek support with:
-
Anxiety & panic
-
Low self-esteem & confidence
-
Identity & gender or sexuality questions
-
Depression or low mood
-
Grief, loss, or life transitions
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Childhood or recent trauma
-
Personal growth & self-understanding

My Approach
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing on parts-based, body-focused, and person-centred therapy. I also incorporate tools from CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, IFS, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis to suit each client’s needs. Where appropriate, somatic processing and mindfulness help regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety.
I work gently and with care while supporting clients to build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. Therapy can help you uncover limiting patterns, develop new resources, and gain more choice in how you show up in the world.

Accessibility & Fees
I want therapy to be accessible. Sliding scale rates are available, and sessions may be reimbursed by most major private health insurance providers (please check your individual policy).
